At your  introductory session we will first discuss your personal needs and goals. You will then be given a sample training program that fits your needs. One of our fitness instructors will take you through the workout, showing you how to correctly perform the exercises and work with you on developing proper techniques. After the training session you will be given a brief overview of our facility, concept, benefits, and rates. The session would take up to an hour of your time. 

If you don't wish to exercise and just want to chat with us about our training concept and how it may benefit you, just let us know and we would  book you for a free 30 minutes consultation with one of our instructors.

      2. Create a new account under "New to our site?"
      3. Fill out the information and create a login/password
      4. Find "Appointments" tab on top right corner
      5.  Under "Which Personal Session", select "Introductory Training Session"
      6.  Browse date and time
      7.  Book appointment
      8.  Select "Check Out"
      9. Select "Place Order"
      10. You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox
