At your first session we will introduce you to our training concept and the facility. You will fill out a questionnaire in order to assess your current health status, training experience and define your goals. You will then perform a number of different exercises customized for those goals. After we are finished the workout, we will review our programs and together establish a short and long term strategies to help you achieving your goals. You can expect the introductory session to take approximately one hour.
