On your first visit, we will introduce you to our training concept and the facility. After filling out a questionnaire informing us about your current health status and training experience, we'll discuss what you want to achieve on various markers of physical fitness. We'll take you through a sampling of exercises customized for those goals, so you can experience some of our 29 high-tech resistance training machines and the NET structured training process. After the workout, we will review our programs and together devise short- and long-term strategies to help you achieve your goals.

We’d be happy to answer any questions you might have about the New Element Training™ approach to reaching your optimum strength and fitness. If you have a particular area of concern (e.g., back or knee pain, tension in the neck and shoulders), we have protocols for specific situations.

Initially, all training is supervised one-on-one; once you have mastered the technique and the machines, there are options for training semi-independently, if that is your preference.

What happens after your free introductory session?

  1. The next step is to sign-up for a trial period consisting of four 30-minute sessions.
  2. Before continuing with the New Element Training program after this trial period, an assessment will be made by our in-house physiotherapist to establish a baseline against which to compare your progress at six-month intervals. Markers are set for muscular strength, functional ability, muscular weaknesses and imbalances, and body fat percentage.
