Step One: FREE introductory session.
Step Two: Starter package to initiate you into the program: four one-on-one sessions at $55 each.
Step Three: If you decide to continue with us, the next step is a mandatory Base Health Assessment session with a physiotherapist.
Step Four: Choose one of our monthly plans (as most of our clients do) or a set of one-on-one personal session packages.
Net Express Plan: 15 minute session per week one-on-one with an instructor and access to the facility. $150/month
Full Strength, One Session Per Week: 1 x 30 minute sessions per week one-on-one session with an instructor and access to the facility. Price calculated based on our 52 session package at $60/session over 12 monthly installments. $260/month
Full Strength, Two Sessions Per Week: 2 x 30 minute sessions per week one-on-one with an instructor. Price calculated based on our 78 session package at $55/session over 12 monthly installments. $357.50/month
