On your first visit, we will introduce you to our training concept and the facility. After filling out a questionnaire informing us about your current health status and training experience, we'll discuss what you want to achieve on various markers of physical fitness. We'll take you through a sampling of exercises customized for those goals and demonstrating our training concept. After the workout, you will understand our training in more ways than we can describe in words. It will make all the sense as to why our training sessions are only 30-minute long, and why twice or once a week of such exercise is all we need.

Initially, all training is supervised one-on-one; once you have mastered the technique and the machines, there are options for training semi-independently, if that is your preference.
What happens after your free introductory session?
