Welcome to the online resources for Deep Fitness: The Mindful, Science-Based Strength-Training Method to Transform Your Well-Being in Just 30 Minutes a Week, by Philip Shepherd and Andrei Yakovenko (founder of New Element Training).

The Video Library
The primary resource that will help you get the most from Deep Fitness is a video library that provides demonstrations of all the exercises in the book, as well as interviews with Andrei and Philip, a group Zoom call each month with one of the authors or a staff person from New Element Training, as well as new tips and exercises that will be added every month.

Access to the Video Library is available monthly or annually:

  • Monthly Plan, $9.99 CAD, tax included (Note: you can cancel at any time.)

  • Annual Plan, $99 CAD, tax included

  • Both plans give you access all the material in the Library.

Step 1: Create an account, by clicking the button below.

Step 2: Click on the “Video Library” tab.

Step 3: Select your plan and complete the payment information (see blue box at the top of the videos page). You could bookmark that page in your browser for future visits.

Step 4: Watch the introductory video first. Filter by machines, body weight, or body parts. Enjoy your workout!

Have an account with New Element Training already?
